Please be aware that our return policy has the following exceptions: 

• You cannot get a refund on items that have been discounted.
• Only items returned within three days of the purchase or delivery date may be exchanged or refunded.
•  Refunds must be processed in the same way that the item was purchased. For the avoidance of doubt, products bought with cash must be returned in cash, whereas items bought with a credit or debit card must be returned to the same card.
• Following our inspection of the returned item, we will complete your refund using the original payment method in less than 48 hours.
