a. The Vendor shall provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their products, pricing, and inventory on the Marketplace.
b. The Vendor shall ensure that all products listed on the Marketplace comply with the Marketplace’s policies, including but not limited to, quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
c. The Vendor shall promptly process and fulfill orders received through the Marketplace within the agreed-upon timeframe.
d. The Vendor shall handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
a. The Vendor shall be responsible for creating and maintaining product listings on the Marketplace, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
b. The Vendor shall not list prohibited items on the Marketplace, including counterfeit goods, illegal products, or items that violate intellectual property rights.
a. The Vendor shall set prices for their products on the Marketplace, taking into account any applicable fees and commissions charged by the Marketplace.
b. The Marketplace shall remit payments to the Vendor for orders fulfilled, minus any applicable fees, within the agreed-upon payment cycle.
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party.
b. Upon termination, the Vendor shall cease selling products on the Marketplace, and any outstanding obligations, including but not limited to, orders and payments, shall be settled according to the terms of this Agreement.
6.1. You agree to keep all non-public information received from Tuma250 confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
7.1. You shall adhere to Tuma250’s marketing guidelines provided separately by the Company. Failure to comply may result in termination from the program.
By enrolling as a Vendor on the Marketplace, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
