Green Olives, water, salt, extra virgin olive oil, acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Note: To keep the olives longer (about 6 months), put them (olives with their juice) in a jar filled with olive oil in a cool place away from light (not in the fridge).
