PRODUCTION DETAILS: Ballantine’s Blue 12 Years is a beautiful blend of malt and grain whiskies, selected from Glenburgie, Miltonduff, and around fifty other Scottish distilleries. Each whisky is aged separately before the final, expert blending takes place. Ballantine’s itself would say that the only way to enjoy Ballantine’s Blue 12 Years is to have it how you like it. But you may wish to try a classic Whisky Mac, mixing Ballantine’s Blue 12 Years and a good Ginger Wine, either half-and-half or to taste, for a truly warming and delicious tipple.
