AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling in the Tuma250 Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and you understand your responsibilities as an affiliate. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from enrolling in the program.

1. Affiliate Enrollment and Acceptance

1.1. To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must complete the application process and agree to these terms and conditions.

1.2. Tuma250 reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Commissions

2.1. As an affiliate, you will earn a commission of 5% on the total purchase price for every eligible sale referred through your unique referral link.

2.2. Commissions are payable according to the payment schedule outlined in the Affiliate Program Agreement.

3. Eligible Sales

3.1. To qualify as an eligible sale, the sale must be made through your unique referral link.

3.2. Eligible sales are those that are not fraudulent, canceled, or returned.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1. As an affiliate, you agree to use ethical and legal means to promote Tuma250’s products and services.

4.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing efforts comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

4.3. You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

5. Payment

5.1. Tuma250 will make payments to you according to the schedule specified in the Affiliate Program Agreement.

5.2. Minimum amount to  cash out is 50,00RWF.

5.3. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. You agree to keep all non-public information received from Tuma250 confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

7. Marketing Guidelines

7.1. You shall adhere to Tuma250’s marketing guidelines provided separately by the Company. Failure to comply may result in termination from the program.
